This past weekend we had the pleasure of bringing back our very popular Full Moon Circle. It's the first one we've had since the pandemic closed everything down and we got to host it in the new location.
We chose to kick this month off with a Paint & SIp event. Local artist, Cameron Mitchell, created a piece exclusive to Ebony Sage Apothecary, incorporating a mermaid and the triple moon. Wine was provided by one of our patrons, Kairi Veals, and food was provided by our community's newest catering service, Special Events Catering. Of course you can't have a party without yummy cookies and cupcakes, which were provided by Susan's Sassy Sweets.
If you've ever been to one of these events, you know there is no walking through the door without my lovely assistant, Tylah, smudging you with palo santo. We spend a LOT of time cleansing and setting sacred space, which means any and all negative energy gets left outside. Music, laughter, art, and kindred spirits made this a night to remember. The creativity flowed and it was so beautiful to watch everyone take a deep breath and immerse themselves in the experience. New friendships were created and old ones rekindled.
I am so full of love and gratitude that we are able to bring our community back together again! Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this evening a total success! Until next time...
